This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this
website (not the Eden app, which has its own privacy policy). This website
only provides information about Eden. You do not need an account to use it.

3. Hosting (Wix)
This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv,
Israel, and its affiliated companies (including in the EU and the USA).
When you visit the site, Wix processes technical data such as your IP
address, browser type, device information, date and time of access and
the pages you view, in server log files. This is needed to deliver the
site securely and reliably.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and
functioning website).
We have a data processing agreement with Wix. Data may be transferred to
countries outside the EU/EEA. Israel is covered by an EU adequacy
decision; transfers to other countries are protected by the EU Standard
Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards.

This website uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (for example for
security and basic site functions) are set on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG
and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use the consent management tool Usercentrics (Usercentrics GmbH,
Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany) to obtain and document your
cookie consent. Usercentrics stores your consent choices so that we can

We use Wix Analytics, provided by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St.,
Tel Aviv, Israel, to understand how our website is used. This only
happens with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data
processed includes pages viewed, referring website, approximate location,
browser and device type, and visit duration. You can withdraw your consent
at any time via the cookie settings link on this site.

6. Contact and job applications

Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your message
and any other data you send us to answer your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once your inquiry is
resolved, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Job application form
You can apply for open positions via the application form on this
website. We process the data you submit, such as your name, email
address, phone number, cover letter, CV and any other documents or
information you provide, only to review your application and to contact
you about it.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and § 26 BDSG (decision on establishing
an employment relationship).
The form is provided through our website host, Wix (see section 3), which
processes the data on our behalf. Your application is accessible only to
the people involved in the hiring process.
Storage period: If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your data
no later than six months after the process ends. If you consent, we may
keep your application longer for future openings. You can withdraw this
consent at any time.
Providing the data is voluntary. Without it, we cannot consider your
application. Please do not send special categories of personal data
(for example health data) unless it is necessary.

7. Embedded content on this website
Our interactive animations (for example the carousel and the "How to"
guide) run entirely on this site and do not load content from third
parties. Links to other websites, such as app stores, lead to external
services. Once you follow a link, their privacy policies apply.

8. Storage period
We store personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or
as required by law. Server log data is deleted or anonymized by Wix after
a short period according to its own retention rules.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- have your data erased (Art. 17),
- restrict processing (Art. 18),
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20),
